A gas solid describes the pressure and temperature properties of an ideal gas. In this way, you can model air cushions, pressure vessels, or insulating glass, for example.
Usage in Program
In the "New Gas Solid" dialog box of RFEM, you need to enter the gas parameters of internal pressure pp and temperature Tp to define the gas solid. To define a vacuum, you need to specify the value of the internal pressure pp between 0 and 1 bar. These properties can then be assigned to a solid.
