A facade analysis is the constructional and structural planning of a facade. While the term structural analysis generally refers to the load-bearing and possibly invisible elements of a building, the facade is visible at the first sight and primarily has an architectural and design function.
However, the facade is also exposed to various loads, such as wind loads, and thus requires structural design.
