With a solid set, you can combine solids and treat them as a unit, for example, to apply loads over all solids.
Solid Set Type
The solid set type describes the way solids are grouped. Two types are available for selection in the list.
Continuous Solids
All solids are continuously strung together. The boundary surface of a solid represents the boundary surface of exactly one more solid, with a maximum of two solids being allowed to connect to each solid.
Group of Solids
A group of solids consists of connected solids that may branch. This means that more than two solids can be connected to one solid.
