A distinctive, guitar-shaped facility is being developed to serve private aircraft and charter flight passengers at Middle Georgia Regional Airport. The building is designed to reflect Macon's rich musical heritage.

The project presents a sustainable design for the new “Amerigo Vespucci” Nautical Institute in Gallipoli, merging evolving educational needs with green building criteria. The layout unfolds on three distinct levels as a monolithic block in local stone, meticulously sculpted by terraces and defined accesses that guide user circulation. Its dynamic external envelope, with flares of varying inclinations, masterfully channels light and frames the maritime context. Interior spaces, with modular partitioning, are designed to remain functionally autonomous while fostering community engagement. The design’s material and environmental nuances, as subtly revealed by the visual presentation, further emphasize its integration within the urban landscape.

In the context of the energy transition, the production of renewable energy through urban infrastructures represents a major challenge in meeting current environmental requirements. Photovoltaic roofing offers an innovative solution that allows for the production of green electricity and the improvement of parking spaces.

The new INAIL headquarters in Ancona is a result of a thorough evaluation for the renovation of the former IPSIA high school. Focused on sustainability, the project offers a variety of services, including hydrotherapy and rehabilitation spaces, along with offices for regional authorities. Developed in BIM with prefabricated reinforced concrete, it ensures efficiency and meets construction timelines.

The Lavoisier City of Nature and Science opened in May 2024. This new city, arising from a comprehensive renovation of the school complex and a leisure center, has been redesigned as a nature-friendly, innovative, and versatile environmental education center.

The structure of a new multi-purpose hall on the premises of WDL Luftschiffgesellschaft mbH in Mühlheim offers the airship Theo, among others, protection from the weather and a safe place for maintenance work. Furthermore, it serves as an event hall for up to 1,500 people. Dlubal customers Marx Krontal Partner and Ripkens Wiesenkämper were responsible for the structural design of this project.

The "Bowser's Castle" and "Ironman Industry" paintball and airsoft arenas were built at GG Sports Park near St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Both consist of several 20-foot and 40-foot containers. The modular structures were realized efficiently and innovatively using Dlubal's RFEM software, with an interactive Camera Fly mode, presenting the models in a particularly vivid way.

With the extension of the JKU campus in Linz, a striking building was created in 2024: the House of Schools. With its innovative architecture, it not only makes a visual statement, but also serves as the new focal point of the southern campus. As a flexible office and seminar building with a sustainable concept, it offers space for dialogue and development.

The main objective of the Integral Executive Project for the Restoration of the San Francisco Temple in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina is structural evaluation and determination of the measures necessary for the preservation of this heritage building. Based on on-site studies and a computational numerical model, the behavior of the structure under current conditions will be analyzed, allowing the identification of possible reinforcements and conservation measures.

The Musée d'Orsay in Paris has commissioned a consortium led by Marie-Suzanne de Ponthaud, Chief Architect of Historic Monuments in France, with Nemo-K engineering office (structures and coverings), to carry out a design project to improve the thermal behavior of the building's envelope structures.

In Le Boupère, the old multi-purpose hall, built in 1970, had to be demolished. It was no longer up to standard and could not be renovated without significant investment. The Pierre Menanteau school was in need of more space and modern facilities. Therefore, the municipality decided to meet its needs in a single project.

Located on Viale Mario Bracci in Siena, "Santa Maria alle Scotte" is a prominent Italian hospital. To enhance its efficiency and modernity, the University Hospital of Siena (AOU) initiated a comprehensive redevelopment plan, which includes both aesthetic and functional improvements along with reorganization of the existing facilities.

The Vilstalhalle in Vilsbiburg, built in 1978, is undergoing extensive renovation. The measures include renewing the roof cladding, adding stories to the building, and modernizing the ventilation and electrical systems. The thermal envelope of the building will also be upgraded to improve energy efficiency.

In 2023, after two years of construction, the new BORA Flagshipstore opened in Herford, Germany: a building that looks as if the wind itself had shaped it. This impressive building with a total area of 2,000 m² offers space for state-of-the-art kitchen exhibitions, professional training, a restaurant, and events.

The Spanish company Encofrados Alsina, a specialist in formwork systems and complex auxiliary systems for construction, has designed a multi-purpose elevated platform that can be used for “Straddle Bents” frame lintel formwork, facilitating the work of operators at heights during the concreting phase and other uses.

Built in 1972, the secondary school had become obsolete and no longer met current standards or housing needs. The renovation of the Stiring-Wendel facility is part of the Moselle département's investment plan to renovate its oldest and most energy-consuming school buildings. The works began in early 2024, so that the secondary school can reopen for the start of the new school year in September 2025.

As part of its business development, VoltAero has decided to locate its design office and assembly workshops directly on the Rochefort airport site.

As part of a real estate program dedicated to the development of office buildings, the INNOVESPACE Sautron project has been designed to provide a welcoming environment for companies from the Nantes region. The construction company GH – Girard Hervouet, a long-standing customer of Dlubal, was responsible for all structural work on the building, including roofing, cladding, and metalwork.

The expansion of the prefabricated module plant is a key milestone in Rapidhome's development, allowing the company to increase its production capacity to meet growing demand. GH – Girard Hervouet, a customer of Dlubal Software, was responsible for the frame, roofing, and cladding works for this project.

The Czech pavilion at the national exhibition at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Japan will present the first timber building without a metal structure of its kind in Japan. The structural solution and construction of the supporting timber structure were carried out by our customer, A2 Timber s.r.o, using RFEM and RWIND.

The office building of the Innovation Factory in Heilbronn, Germany combines a traditional half-timbered structure with modern timber engineering. Dlubal customer merz kley partner GmbH used the structural engineering software RFEM for the structural analysis and design.

The kinetic pavilion, built in the gardens of the chateau Radíč in the Sedlčany region, Czech Republic, is a modern tribute to Roman architecture. Inspired by the Temple of Goddess Vesta in the Forum Romanum, it combines a traditional octagonal column base with an innovative use of wood instead of marble. The kinetic element contributes to its uniqueness and the impressive combination of history and modern approach. Our customer, TIMBER DESIGN s.r.o., is the author of the design solution and the supplier of the turnkey construction.

Club Atlético River Plate's Monumental, Argentina's largest football stadium with a capacity for nearly 85,000 spectators, has recently renovated part of its equipment. The improvements include the installation of a tensioned roof in the vicinity of the stadium's main entrance, which will provide shelter for a designated hospitality area.

This project is part of a group of 16 chosen to participate in a two-year pilot of “CaGBC’s Zero Carbon Building Standard” which will help to further refine the standard, plus accompanying resources and education.

Technology brings people together, as is the case at the newly opened SMS Campus in Mönchengladbach, Germany. FormTL, a customer of Dlubal Software, designed an impressive roof structure connecting the individual buildings in the courtyard, which protects the inner courtyard from wind and weather.

On the 12th of June, 2024, a new pavilion of the CITES Rescue Center opened in the Tábor Zoo, Czech Republic, to provide sanctuary for wild animals rescued from abuse in private ownership. This pavilion is the first of its kind in the Czech Republic to achieve such high quality.

The Technical University of Munich is currently undertaking the construction of a new laboratory building on its campus with the intention of further advancing state-of-the-art research. Not only is the building's purpose forward-thinking, but so is its sustainable construction.
