Innovespace Office Building in Sautron, France

As part of a real estate program dedicated to the development of office buildings, the INNOVESPACE Sautron project has been designed to provide a welcoming environment for companies from the Nantes region. The construction company GH – Girard Hervouet, a long-standing customer of Dlubal, was responsible for all structural work on the building, including roofing, cladding, and metalwork.

INNOVESPACE Office Building

The INNOVESPACE Sautron business park is strategically located at the gateway to Nantes, in a dynamic economic area, close to the highway and the Nantes ring road. The office building, with a total height of 10 m (~ 33 ft), comprises a ground floor and a first floor. Its main structure is based on a steel frame. The building has a length of 30 m (~ 98 ft) and a width of 18 m (~ 59 ft).

Technical Details

The entire building structure was modeled using RFEM 6. The steel structure is composed of several steel grades and takes into account various structural load cases, such as permanent, live, snow, and wind loads.

The seismic analysis of the building was performed using the Modal Analysis and Response Spectrum Analysis add-ons.

This INNOVESPACE Sautron project combines a strategic location with high-quality construction, utilizing the expertise of GH – Hervouet and the software solutions by Dlubal. This modern building perfectly meets the needs of local companies, offering a functional and secure workspace.
