How can I carry out system diagnostics in RFEM 5 or RSTAB 8 and send it to customer support?

Answer:
Select System Diagnostics in the Help menu of the programs RFEM 5, RSTAB 8, SHAPE‑THIN, or SHAPE‑MASSIVE to create a system report.
