This chapter describes the design properties of the foundations provided for the design. These properties, as well as the geometry and arrangement of the reinforcement, have a significant influence on the design checks.
The tabs of the 'Edit Single Foundation' dialog box are presented individually in the subchapters. To activate these tabs, select the Design Properties check box in the "Main" tab.
In the General tab of the 'Edit Single Foundation' window, you can select between different foundation types in the Type check box. RFEM 6 allows you to design a total of six types of foundations:
- Reinforced or unreinforced foundation plates
- Bucket foundations with smooth or rough bucket sides ( in preparation )
- Blockfundamente mit glatten oder rauen Köcherinnenseiten (in Vorbereitung)
