This model of a stadium roof made of membranes is designed for use with the finite element analysis software RFEM and is based on innovative form-finding that takes into account realistic construction stages and wind loads. The practical relevance is presented in the free webinar “Form-finding and Design of Membrane Structures in RFEM 6” (on February 3, 2022, in English; on February 1, 2022, in German). Technical features include an exact membrane simulation and sophisticated wind load calculations. The visual display highlights the lightweight, dynamic structure of the membrane structure.
