In order to provide a place for retreat, contemplation, study, and workshops, as well as team-building events for employees of the TUM, it has been decided that the TUM should get its own Alpine Retreat. This Retreat is to be located at the Wendelstein. It was necessary to work with the method of 'Building Information Modeling' (BIM). This example is a result of one of the student teams using the direct interaction between Revit and RFEM.
