The model shows an oval four-story timber building in St. Georgen, built in just four weeks. The building's stability completely relies on solid cross-laminated timber walls, without a concrete core. The calculations in RFEM were done by Isenmann Ingenieur GmbH. The clients are EGT Energie GmbH, while Ketterer Architekten and Holzbau Bendler are other project partners. Sustainability and energy efficiency are the focus here.
