Availability of Softlock License

My softlock license is not available; what can I do?


Answer:

Please try the following first:

  1. Run RFEM/RSTAB as an administrator by clicking the icon on the right and selecting "Run as Administrator".
  2. Import the Author.ini file again, then restart the program.
  3. If this does not work, send me the authorization.txt file that you can create via Help → Authorization → Diagnostics.

Have you changed the hardware of your computer since the last functional activation, changed to another computer, or changed or reinstalled the operating system?
