Parameterization of the model in which the lateral stiffness of the wall is modeled as a connecting rod working only in compression. The dimensions of the connecting rod are automatically calculated within the parameters following the criteria of the model. It allows to enter material properties (masonry, concrete), dead load, live load, wind load and the general geometry of the portal frame. Additionally, it allows to control the wind load profile by means of n coefficients ranging from 2 to 10 as well as the number of levels.
Model created by the technical team of Dlubal Latam. The model is also available as a parameterized block at the Dlubal Latam site.
The file to download contains a parametrized model saved as a block (*.rf6 file type).

In the Concrete Design add-on, you have the option to define an existing vertically oriented punching shear reinforcement. This is then taken into account in the punching shear design.
