Ci sono due tipi di mesh che vengono utilizzati nel calcolo. The first is the finite element mesh (FEM) on the surface of the simplified model. Based on the first FEM mesh, a second finite volume mesh (FVM) is generated in the flow field around the model. These meshes are described in detail in the following chapter, followed by the local FVM refinement.
