The mullions, sills, columns, and beams are modeled with member-type elements in RFEM, while the OSB was defined as a membrane-type surface element (working only in its plane). The foundation was modeled by using simple supports (only the displacements are fixed).
The loads considered were the dead weight and the ceiling and floor loads, as well as wind and seismic loads. For the latter, the RF-DYNAM Pro add-on module for dynamic analysis was used, where a response spectrum analysis was applied when generating equivalent loads.
