The final project I carried out brought significant benefits to both Strabag and me. A rigorous scientific methodology combining the significant advantages of simple sheet piling, field results, software dimensioning, and 3D modeling was employed to verify the results. This methodology enabled the verification of many of the results via intermediate syntheses.

A global synthesis demonstrated that single sheet piles behave in a similar manner to double sheet piles after the lierne has been installed during high-rise retaining works.

Upon initial introduction to the DC-Ecran and RFEM 6 software tools, I found them to be somewhat challenging to navigate, as they were new to me.

Nevertheless, with unwavering dedication, I was able to master these tools and utilize them effectively for modeling purposes.
