Radoslav Dimitrov, a student of the TU Dresden in Germany, used the FEA software RSTAB to perform the structural design of a steel bridge. The structure of the arched bridge with a span length of 290 ft was entered in RSTAB. The cross-sections previously modeled in the SHAPE-THIN program were used as well.
