This manual describes the "Torsional Warping (7 DOF)" add-on for the programs RFEM 6 and RSTAB 9. Since the input and functions of the add-on are similar in both programs, the description will primarily refer to RFEM 6. The explanations also apply to the analysis with warping torsion in RSTAB 9. If there are different requirements in both programs, they are highlighted accordingly.
You can activate or deactivate the add-on in the Add-ons tab of the model's Base Data.
A green dot in front of the add-on description means that a license is available in your current license configuration. An orange or blue dot indicates that the use of the add-on is only available in demo mode or as part of the trial version, and the range of functions is limited.
After activating the add-on, the user interface of RFEM or RSTAB is extended by some new entries in the navigator, tables, and dialog boxes. Thus, the functions of the add-on are fully integrated into the main program.
