V současné době lze modely pro RWIND 3 vytvářet v programu RFEM 6 nebo RSTAB 9 nebo je importovat ze souborů STL (např. terén a jiné objekty) a dalších formátů, viz kapitola Import modelů pro více informací. Zatížení větrem působící ve specifikovaných směrech (viz popis níže) vytvářejí odpovídající zatěžovací stavy. Each direction represents one model in RWIND 3. Po výpočtu se modely uloží do skupiny projektů „RFEM 6 / RSTAB 9“. For the analysis, the models are exported to RWIND 3 where the loads are determined. Názvy jednotlivých modelů (projektů) obsahují názvy modelů z programů RFEM 6 a RSTAB 9 a čísla zatěžovacích stavů.
Pro kontrolu výsledků lze otevřít libovolný model z programu RFEM 6 nebo RSTAB 9. Additionally, you can modify the calculation parameters, move or rotate the model, or insert the geometry of the terrain (in development, see Chapter Model Type).
In RWIND 3.03, the calculation of the flow in an empty tunnel is enabled . This allows the user to verify the calculation of the flow field with different turbulence parameters, maintaining the flow and turbulence parameters throughout the domain and to compare the results with other programs or experimental data.
