It is best to save the file without results or printout reports. To do this, copy the file and deactivate the results (including FE mesh – RFEM only) as well as the printout reports in the subsequent dialog box. In the actual "Save" dialog box, there is also a function for saving the file in compressed form (see the image). This way, the file size is reduced significantly.
If the file is still too large or the results or printout reports should not be deleted by the support due to better traceability, you can also submit your request via our website. To do this, click the link below, which will take you to the "Report Problem or Program Issue" page. This allows you to upload files up to 2 GB in size. Of course, you can also use your own file hosting service and include the link to the file in the email.
