Specialists' Day Cham 2025: Guest lecture about our chatbot Mia

On June 29, of January, 2025, our COO Daniel Dlubal had the opportunity to give a presentation about our chatbot Mia in front of over 100 participants at the Specialists' Day in Cham.

The event addressed the current challenge of shortages of skilled workers , and various methods for recruiting skilled workers , both at the local and the international level. Innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), were also discussed in recruiting.

Daniel also spoke to TVA , a regional TV station for Eastern Bavaria , about the role of AI in recruiting and HR. The interview centered on the question of how companies can find the right employees faster and more efficiently by using AI.

In his presentation, Daniel referred to the current application possibilities of our AI assistant Mia in everyday company life. We were particularly pleased to present Dlubal Software as a global players in the software industry – especially since our headquarters are in the small village of Tiefenbach.
