After a lot of planning, it was finally time for our annual team event on the Czech side. We started the day in a bit of an unusual way—with beer.
To be more specific, we had an exciting guided tour of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery on the agenda. We got to see how they brew beer in the old tradition and take a tour of the company's huge, ancient cellars. The machinery behind it all was truly impressive. The tour alone lasted two hours, and it got more interesting by the minute. It's not something you see every day!
After the tour, we moved on to the main event of the day: our destination was the Autocamp in Pilsen, in a beautiful location right by the lake. After some good food and refreshing drinks, however, it wasn't just a leisurely, but very sporty time for some of us!
Our Czech team challenged us to a soccer match, and we accepted. In the end, we were beaten 2:1, but it was the fun that counted. And we had a lot of it.
And it wasn't just soccer that was on the program. Whether it was spikeball, volleyball, or jumping straight into the lake—there was something for everyone. But even the most eventful day comes to an end. We celebrated this with a relaxed barbecue evening. Pleasant conversations, exchanges with colleagues from other locations—we were able to bring the day to a fitting close.
We had a great time together and are already looking forward to next year!
