Design strips allow you to arrange reinforcement efficiently. After defining the design strips, the program generates result members that integrate the internal forces of surfaces. When designing these result beams, the anchorage length of the reinforcement is calculated automatically.
Using the Design Strip Wizard, you can generate design strips based on the dimensions of a building grid. The width of the strips can be calculated automatically, based on the span width and length (according to ACI 318-19 8.4.1.5-7) or on the pure span length (commonly used in Europe). Furthermore, you can specify a user-defined width.
