If you have made changes and would like to transfer them to another computer or import them again after a new installation, you can save your configuration file and import them again, if necessary.
To do this, select the "Export Configuration as File" option from the menu "Options" → "Configuration Manager" and enter a name for the configuration file in the subsequent dialog box.
You can import the saved file again using the same menu item, but now "Import Configuration from File".
