You have probably carried out the installation without administrator rights or without the current authorization file. In the first case, it is necessary to allow write access for the respective user regarding the file folders of the Dlubal Software programs in Windows Explorer. Then, import the authorization file AUTHOR.INI again, using the RFEM menu "Help → Authorization". In the second case, you only need to enter the current authorization file, which you can download from the Dlubal Software homepage. To do this, enter your user data at My Account. Then, you can import AUTHOR.INI as described above.
