We’re thrilled to share the details of the INNOVESPACE Sautron project, a standout addition to the Nantes region’s real estate landscape. This cutting-edge office building, developed as part of a comprehensive program for office spaces, offers an ideal environment for local businesses.
📍 Location: Strategically positioned at the gateway to Nantes, in a vibrant economic zone with easy access to highways and the Nantes ring road.
🏗️ Project Highlights:
▪️ Construction Company: GH – Girard Hervouet, a valued partner of Dlubal, handled all aspects of the structural work, from roofing to cladding and metalwork.
▪️ Dimensions: 10 meters tall (~33 ft), with a length of 30 meters (~98 ft) and a width of 18 meters (~59 ft). It features a ground floor and a first floor, all framed with a robust steel structure.
▪️ Technical Excellence: The entire building was meticulously modeled using RFEM 6, accounting for various structural load cases including permanent, live, snow, and wind loads. Seismic analysis was conducted with the Modal Analysis and Response Spectrum Analysis add-ons to ensure resilience.
