Troubleshooting Error "Failed to install hardlock.cat signature" for Installation

During the installation, I get the message "Failed to install hardlock.cat signature". How can I fix this?

Answer:

The license drivers are digitally signed. If you try to install a new license driver that is missing in the existing signature of your operating system, the corresponding message appears.

To fix this problem, please run Windows Update. After you restart the operating system, the installation should be completed.
