Stability Analysis - Torsion Available

I get the message "Existing torsion -> no stability design possible". Why does this appear and what can I do?

Answer:

This warning appears because the torsion is not considered in the equivalent member design of Eurocode.

You can neglect the torsion at your own discretion and on your own responsibility by setting the limits in the "Details" dialog box, "Stability" tab.

Or, you can perform the stability analysis for open cross-sections according to the second-order analysis (while considering the warping) with RF‑/STEEL Warping Torsion or RF‑/FE‑LTB (see Links below).
