Error when Extracting Files PRO

When starting the installation, I get the error message "Error extracting PRO to the temporary location". What can I do?


Answer:

The error message indicates that the archive is probably corrupted. This can happen if the download was interrupted and then resumed.

Please download the installation file again.

An active antivirus program might be another cause. If you have downloaded the installation file again without interruption, please try to run the installation once again with the deactivated antivirus program.

It is necessary always to run the installation with local administrator rights. To do this, right-click the installation file and select "Run as Administrator".
