This model allows for precise checks of the shear joint in concrete members using the RF-CONCRETE Members add-on module for RFEM. The “Shear Joint” feature is activated in Window 1.6 to precisely define parameters, such as position, roughness, reduction of the joint width, and perpendicular tension. The selected settings are applied to the selected members in the reinforcement set, and by creating additional reinforcement groups, differentiated shear joint properties can be taken into account. The graphical display visualizes the linking of the configured parameters in the application.
