- You have a degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
- You have basic knowledge of Python.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience as a structural engineer and are familiar with structural analysis according to Eurocode.
- You already have experience with FEA and frame analysis software, ideally with Dlubal Software programs, such as RFEM or RSTAB.
- You have a very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).
- Become a structural all-rounder: Your adventure begins with extensive training in the Dlubal programs and then direct contact with our users in Solution Engineering. Whether by email or phone – you are always available to solve technical inquiries about our programs and at the end of the day, to put a smile on our users' faces.
- API management: You take care of customer inquiries about Webservice/API with Python or C#. You are the link between customers and our programmers in Prague. You do not have to program it yourself.
- Instructive presentations: You will also be available to our sales team for technical support, training, and presentations to ensure the optimal customer experience. You will also demonstrate our software at trade fairs, seminars, information and sales events, and represent our company, Dlubal Software.
- Link between application and development: You are the interface between our customers/users and our product development. You will gather vital customer feedback, share it with product engineers, and play an active role in shaping the software.
- Expand our Dlubal Academy: By leveraging your expertise, our users will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the software. Transform customer inquiries into valuable technical articles, FAQ, and product features.
