When creating a printout report without results or activated add-ons, not all default chapter are visible in the Printout Report Manager. After the calculation and updating the report, all chapters are displayed that were not visible without results, but are included in the default settings. All chapters and items can be shown before the calculation if you deactivate the Filter Out Not Relevant Items button. Then, you will be able to show or hide all items in the list.
