Solving Issues with Permisson for Program Installation

When installing the program, a message appeared: "An error occurred while trying to create the C:\Users\Public\Documents\Dlubal directory". How can I solve this?

Answer:

You are probably not sufficiently authorized to install new programs. Try to right-click on the installation file from the menu, then select "Run As Administrator". If this does not help, make sure you have the rights to the folder. You can assign the rights using Windows Explorer: Select a folder and open the corresponding properties. In the Security tab, for example, you can define full access for a user group or a selected user by clicking the Edit button.
