Considering Nonlinearities for Supports and Hinges

I want a support or member hinge not to absorb any bending moments above a certain size. How can I do this?


Answer:

To be able to consider this nonlinearity, you can use the "Partial activity" function (see Image 01). This allows you to define the limit moment beyond which no more moments are absorbed.
