I have installed SHAPE‑THIN 8. Now, I get Warning 10312 "Program authorization failed". The program is only available as a demo version.

Answer:

You only have a license for SHAPE‑THIN 7. Your service contract includes all updates within this program version.

However, SHAPE‑THIN 8 is a fee-based upgrade. Our sales department will give you a cost quote for switching programs.
