Please follow the new instructions to uninstall and reinstall your dongle drivers:
- Download the latest driver at: Sentinel_LDK_cmd_line_setup
- Save + extract the ZIP file directly under C:\temp
- Remove the dongle.
- Open the command prompt (run cmd as administrator) and start the file with the following options (see Image 01):
"C:\temp\haspdinst.exe -fr -kp –purge" (omit quotation marks; uninstall the drivers).
- If the procedure was successful, please restart your computer with:
- Now, install the driver in the console as follows: "C:\temp\haspdinst.exe –i"
- Plug in the dongle again.
