Question

Dlubal Software programs should be installed on a new computer. The installation is aborted because the dongle driver cannot be installed properly. What should I do?

Answer:
Administrator rights are required for successful installation. Without sufficient rights, the installation of the dongle driver may be aborted.

Another reason for the installation abort may be a virus scanner, if it is set as too "severe". Normally, it is sufficient to adjust the filter settings of the virus scanner, or to deactivate the scanner temporarily.
