The averaged internal forces from the previously defined average regions can also be used for the design of concrete surfaces. To this end, click [Details] in RF‑CONCRETE Surfaces, and then select the corresponding check box. This function is only accessible if you previously defined an average region.
KB 000728 | Using Averaged Internal Forces for Design
The reinforcement proposal from RF-/CONCRETE Members can be exported to Revit. The rectangular and circular cross-sections are currently supported.
The reinforcement bars can be modified retroactively in Revit.
Surface reinforcements defined in the RF-CONCRETE Surfaces add-on module can be exported to Revit as reinforcement objects via the direct interface. To do this, you can optionally select surface, rectangular, polygon, and circular reinforcement areas in RF-CONCRETE Surfaces. In addition to bar reinforcement, it is possible to export mesh reinforcement.
In the Concrete Design add-on for RFEM 6, you can perform the fire design of reinforced concrete slabs and walls according to the simplified table method (EN 1992‑1‑2, Section 5.4.2 and Table 5.8 and 5.9).
In the Concrete Design add-on, you have the option to define an existing vertically oriented punching shear reinforcement. This is then taken into account in the punching shear design.
