In RFEM, the Czech characters are not displayed correctly. How can I fix it?

Answer:
Check your Windows settings: Region and language. The Czech Republic should be set for the Country or region and Czech for the Languages. In Administrative language settings, click Change system locale... and set Czech (see the video).
