Exciting New Project: Dance Floor System in Alamo, San Antonio, TX, USA!
We’re thrilled to share the news that Encofrados Alsina, the Spanish leader in formwork and complex auxiliary systems for construction, has designed a game-changing multi-purpose elevated platform for various construction tasks, including Straddle Bents frame lintel formwork, marine pile caps, and viaduct segments.
The patented system is adaptable to any geometry and load requirements, allowing for efficient work at heights without blocking road traffic—no need to cut off vehicles! The system is assembled on the ground and then lifted into position with light cranes, acting as a self-supporting structure.
The structural analysis and design for this innovative system were carried out using RFEM 6, ensuring that all loads were accurately accounted for, and optimizing its performance.
