- A degree in civil engineering or similar qualifications
- Basic structural engineering knowledge in the design of structural components
- Experience in the operation of FEA and frame analysis software, ideally with Dlubal programs, of course
- Very good command of spoken and written German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).
- In your 12-month traineeship, you will go through various departments (Support, Product Development, Marketing) and gain exciting insights into the tasks and business areas of an international software company.
- 1st month: You work intensively with your mentor in our structural analysis programs and then in Support.
- 2nd to 4th month: You provide support to our customers and help them with technical inquiries about our programs via email, phone, and chat.
- 5th to 8th month: With your basic knowledge in structural analysis programs, you can now deepen your knowledge in product development. You define concepts for further development of Dlubal structural analysis programs. For example, this includes performing tests and comparative calculations.
- 9th to 12th month: Now, you are very familiar with the programs, so your next challenge is to communicate the benefits and features of our products to the outside world. You will create technical articles, video explanations, conduct webinars, and plan campaigns to promote new features in our programs.
