Basically, RFEM does not accept identical surfaces at the same location because of the ambiguity. In this case, RFEM automatically deletes one of the two surfaces. Nevertheless, it is possible to create a cushion with form-finding in RFEM. You only need to make sure that the surfaces are not at the same location when entering them for the first time. Therefore, we recommend defining the surfaces of the cushion with a Bézier surface and moving the inner control points slightly outwards.
