Stiffness matrix is singular - instability issue

Hello,
I'm new with this program, when i try to calculate the structure with RF TOWER DESIGN i get the error show in the image. "The stiffness matrix is singular. the model is unstable. instability found in FE NODE nr.222..." someone who know what this means and what can be the cause? Thanks in advance
