Timber Design Erorr 1008, kmod not defiined

Hi all,

I am trying to design some of the multilayer timber surfaces and when I run design
I get an error that kmod is not defined for current material and service class

When I open material properties I see that for each class Kmod factors are defined and
each surface has Service class assigned, so I don't understand what information are missing

Does someone knows what can be the reason
