Geotechnical Analysis in RFEM 6

I have a problem with geotechnical analysis. Also, I used the model which is used in the webinar (Geotechnical Analysis in RFEM 6). However, there is some problem with generating soil massifs. In the webinar, it is around 22. minutes. When I want to generate it, the program shuts down. What can I do to generate soil massifs?
