Question

When transferring a license, I get the error "Vendor library version too old" or "Vendor lib can not be found." What can I do?

Answer:

1. Please download the available archive under the link:

https://download.dlubal.com/?file=haspvlib_48521.zip

2. Extract the archive and overwrite the haspvlib*.dll file in the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP\."

3. Restart the system.

4. Import the *.h2h file again.
